Years of exposure to engine bay temperatures and hot coolant can lead to the thermostat housing beginning to crack or fatigue due to the ABS plastic material it is composed of. This can lead to leaks and loss of coolant, causing an overheating issue. Replace the broken or brittle flange to keep your cooling system operating just as it should, without leaks. Does not include sealing o-ring.
