The PCV valve, or commonly called the “breather” or “oil separator” allows the crankcase of the engine to vent air without losing any oil, allowing the engine to “breathe.” This is a replacement pressure control valve, and is located beneath the intake manifold. Make sure to pick up all gaskets and seals you may need before performing the work.
