Reward Points Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

We operate a Rewards Points system (“Rewards Scheme”) that allows you to earn points (“Reward Points”) as you shop. The Rewards Scheme is available to customers who are at least 18 years old and have registered a Customer Account with us.

2. Earning Reward Points

You can earn points in the following ways:

  • Signup: 100 Points
  • Place an order: 5 Points for every $1 spent

Additional Terms for Earning Points:

  • Reward Points will not be issued if the products you are purchasing are part of special offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • Points are automatically added to your Customer Account when your order is confirmed for dispatch. It may take up to 5 working days for points to appear in your account.
  • You can check your Reward Points balance at any time by logging in to your Customer Account.

3. Redeeming Reward Points

Additional Terms for Redeeming Points:

  • Reward Points can be used in whole or in part toward the payment of qualifying products, but cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • To redeem points, you must be logged in to your Customer Account before selecting the products you wish to purchase. During checkout, you will be able to select how many Reward Points you want to redeem.
  • The current redemption rate is: 1 Reward Point = $0.01 USD. We reserve the right to vary the redemption rate at any time without prior notice.

4. Personal Use & Transfers

Reward Points are for your personal use only and may not be shared or transferred to another Customer Account.

5. Refunds & Adjustments

If you return a product and are refunded, any Reward Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account once the product is received and payment refunded.

6. Expiration

All Reward Points expire 2 years from the date they were awarded. Expired points will be automatically removed from your account and can no longer be used.

7. Additional Notes

  • The Rewards Scheme is subject to change at any time at our discretion.
  • Points earned from other actions, such as signing up, are also subject to the general terms above.
