The Denso 8162 60A is a 60A Alternator commonly used in racing applications due to its extra lightweight at 6 lbs.
We have designed an ultra racing lightweight kit that is compact enough that it will work on any 1.8T 20V or other 06A/06B/06F motors (even FSI) . Perfect for anyone looking for weight savings or getting rid of the bulky OEM set up.
By mounting the alternator where the A/C compressor once was , we are able to lower the Centre of Gravity of the entire assembly.

- (1) Denso 8162 Alternator + Pig tail
- (1) 6PK-680 Belt
- (1) iABED Machined lower bracket
- (1) iABED Machined upper bracket
- (1) iABED upper swing arm
- (1) M10 x 1.5 x 60mm SS Socket Cap bolt
- (2) M10 x 1.5 x 30mm SS Socket Cap bolt
- (1) M10 x 1.5 x 25mm SS Socket Cap Bolt
- (1) M10 x 1.5 x 40mm Hex head SS Bolt
