Found on the passenger’s side of the manifold, this sensor determines the relative position of the intake manifold flap to assist in ignition and injection control by the ECU. A diagnostic trouble code (commonly P2006) may let you know if this is faulty. If the manifold is not physically broken, this may be the repair you need.
