Intercooler Hose – Lower

On turbocharged motors, the intake piping is put under constant pressure while the engine is running, and has to hold that pressure without leaking. Unfortunately the smallest amount of damage or defect on the intake hoses and the pressure can cause a leak, leaving you without proper boost pressure. This hose runs from the cross tube, traveling in front of the engine, to the lower intercooler port. Replace your leaking pressure hose and stop loosing boost.
