Introducing the TGK Motorsport 4.0T HPFP Rebuild Kit. Enhance the performance of your 4.0T high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) with our comprehensive rebuild solution. As your HPFP ages and new piston kits are introduced, the base seals gradually weaken, permitting fuel seepage into the oil. This combination of oil and fuel poses a threat to your engine’s components, leading to the deterioration of bushings and seals. Our all-inclusive rebuild kit offers the remedy to this issue

Included in the kit:

  • 2 x Base Seal Kits: Equipped with bottom collars featuring integrated seals, these kits strengthen the seal integrity of your HPFP.
  • 2 x Cam Follower Guides: Crucial components for ensuring smooth operation between the camshaft and HPFP Piston.
