Windshield Washer Pump

The windshield washer pump transfers the fluid from the washer reservoir to the spray nozzles that are mounted on the hood, so you can clear off your windshield of dirt, debris, or bugs. To be sure the pump has failed, and the lines are not clogged, listen for the pump to activate when the wiper stalk is pulled into the spray position. If the pump is heard, you may just have a clogged or broken line, but if you can’t hear the pump activate, this is your most likely culprit.
