Description
The a/c compressor clutch is driven by the accessory belt on your engine to compress the refrigerant in the a/c system. The clutch is only active when the a/c controls are turned on, but the pulley will continue to spin with the drive belt. When the clutch is activated, it connects directly to the compressor. If your clutch is no longer activating when the a/c controls are switched on, chances are the clutch has gone bad. Replace yours today to keep cool on those hot summer days.
