Dress up your engine bay with this set of billet aluminum caps from J-Caps! This set includes the expansion tank cap cover, with the necessary hardware and tool for installation, as well as the washer fluid reservoir cap with a machined finish.
The billet aluminum coolant cap is a precision machined aluminum cover that snugly fits over the factory cap, designed to fit the late style caps that have the “slotted” design. The billet aluminum washer fluid cap is a complete replacement for your factory blue plastic cap. The "snap" feature on the underside takes over 8 different tools for the CNC mill to create and the nylon retaining ring has factory-style indexing tabs to prevent it from rotating.
To install the coolant cap cover, evenly press the billet cover over the factory cap. Do not attempt to install the cap when the engine is warm. Since the cap is machined within a few thousandths of an inch of the factory part and when the factory cap is hot, it will expand to the point of being to big for the aluminum cap to fit over. Once the cap has been properly installed, there are two stainless steel set screws that secure the cap in place.
