Description
The brake pad anti-rattle springs are located on the brake caliper, and apply pressure to the caliper or to the brake pads themselves to prevent bake chatter.
Since the anti-rattle springs are exposed to the elements, over time they will rust out, and when you remove them to replace the brake pads, they break leaving you unable to finish you brake service.
