Also called “tire socks” because of the way they easily slip over your drive-wheel tires, they are light enough to be lifted by a child. Install them anywhere. No special tools or skills required. Made of a special (and incredibly durable) fabric, they fold flat for easy storage in your trunk, so you can carry them all the time for added peace of mind.
Machine washable, Textile Tire Chains run quiet, and will not damage wheels, tires, or your driveway or garage floor. These are a great option in states where steel chains are banned in certain months. DOT-approved in Colorado. Maximum recommended speed with Textile Tire Chains is the same as it is for steel tire chains: 30 mph.
Each kit is packaged in a clear plastic carry box that includes two Textile Tire Chains. Purchase two kits for all-wheel drive vehicles.
