Clutch Disk

When clamped against the flywheel by the pressure plate, the clutch friction disk is the mechanical coupling between the engine flywheel and transmission input shaft. A worn or damaged friction disk commonly slips, and may also cause cause driveline noise and vibration. Replace the friction disk, pressure plate, and release bearing as part of a complete clutch repair.
