The drain plug washer crushes slightly when tightened, sealing minor imperfections in the drain plug head and oil pan. This prevents leaks and drain plug loosening, cheap insurance for peace of mind.
This washer set fits 14x1.5 drain plugs and includes 5 washers for future engine oil service.
