Having a rear E36 strut bar improves cornering by reducing chassis flex on corners and allows for noticeable improvements in your E36s cornering. Although not as drastic as adding a front bar, adding this rear strut bar will also help retain some rigidity to your E36. There is a notable improvement, especially under track conditions. E36 rear strut bars are made of steel, designed to fit on E36s with no prior collision damage.
