Vehicles that have been modified with stiffer suspension or that are often driven hyper aggressively will need a little more support to prevent possible "mushrooming" of the front strut towers and flex in the chassis. IRP offers their 100% steel front adjustable strut bar to help stiffen up the chassis and reinforce a typical weak point in many BMW's.
The Front Upper Strut Bar helps prevent deformation and flex thanks to its heavy duty steel construction that uses steel tubing and precision cut steel plates. This ensures the typical flex that would be felt under tight cornering and when driving down rough roads is reduced substantially, giving the vehicle a more consistent driving feel and better control.
This Strut Bar is painted black for both looks and prevention corrosion and rust.
