Description
This high pressure fuel sensor is located on the fuel rail. It measures the fuel pressure at the rail and sends this information back to the ECU. If a problem arises with the amount of fuel pressure, the sensor will alert the ECU, which in turn, will alert the driver. Usually with a loss of fuel pressure it can be a faulty pressure sensor, a fuel pump, or a clogged fuel filter. Replace your faulty pressure sensor and get your vehicle back to excellent running condition.
Be sure to check out ECS' fuel filters and fuel pumps also, to ensure everything is running correctly.
* This part is designed for the FSI engine only. This can easily be found on the engine cover of your 2.0T VW/Audi. It will clearly be stamped FSI (not TFSI).
