HARD Motorsport now offers a lightweight door panel set for your BMW Coupe. Made from durable thermoformed ABS plastic, these retain a similar style as factory while adding a custom look and feel to your interior while saving over 10.5 lbs of weight! At only 2lbs 11oz each they are even lighter than traditional .060 Aluminum panels weighing 6.5 pounds each. No need for major cutting to your door's inner parts and if you want to replace the included racing style nylon pull straps, minor modifications can be made to use the RS Style Door Latch Strap Pull kit or even original door latches. Additional modifications can be made to use factory speakers or any other desired accessories.
* Slight variances in material and the thermoforming process are possible. HARD provides a semi-rough cut panel that may require additional trimming and modification to get the fitment and clearance that you desire. These are not intended to compared to the OEM panels in materials, fitment, function or attachment. These are only a thin, plastic panel that will not perform or mount like OEM panels.
For buyers that intend to use these in daily drivers, HARD recommends additional support along the top of the panel to maintain panel structure and stability. HARD does not provide such reinforcement with these panels.
MOUNTING HARDWARE: 8 anodized aluminum brackets and blind pop-rivets. (you may replace with your own hardware such as rivnuts and screws if you desire during installation)
