The headlight washer jet assemblies are the components that open out of the bumper, when the system is active, and applies a stream of pressurized water over your headlights. This helps cleans off any dirt, bugs or whatever may have stuck to the surface of your headlights. If your washer jet assemblies aren't spraying correctly or not at all, and your pump is running, this may be your cause of concern.
