OPTIONAL TURBO INLET PIPE
Upgrade your intake with our optional cast turbo inlet for the most performance available from an intake system. This removes the significant airflow restriction from the small plastic stock inlet and maintains the largest size possible from the intake to the turbocharger. This combination increases flow from 11.52% (intake only) up to 61.49% over the stock intake and turbo inlet!
Turbo inlet pipe is an optional upgrade and can be purchased with your intake or added at a later date.

This manufacturing style utilizes every millimeter available in the engine bay, providing ample air supply and smooth delivery.

The full carbon 1-piece airbox looks stunning while also eliminating all chances of air leaks, finicky install, rubbing noises, or parts working loose over time as found on typical multi-peace airbox designs.
BUILT-IN VELOCITY STACK
By incorporating a professional motorsport-style velocity stack into the airbox design, airflow is channeled from the sizeable internal airbox volume into the turbocharger as quickly as possible. The bellmouth shape creates a very high inertia flow from the massive filter with very low drag or power-robbing turbulence.
MULTIPLE PRESSURE ZONES
Engineered to support any power level, the intake takes advantage of multiple air supply avenues. The front large air inlet receives outside high-pressure flow from the front of the grille and acts as a ram air design for most of the air supply. Additionally, the bottom plate louvers pull extra required air as needed from the low-pressure zone under the intake. These dual zones provide a free air supply across the entire filter and ensure your intake will never be a power limiter for even the most extreme builds.

The factory intake kills any engine sound to meet requirements for everything but fun. By upgrading to an IE intake system, you are taking full advantage of a performance design, including the turbocharger spool, engine throttle, and diverter valve sounds that come along with it. The unique velocity stack and bottom louver design create a tuned engine note that sounds classy yet powerful at the same time. This sound level is not heard through other brand closed box intakes and is a much more refined sound than found with open element style intakes.
HYBRID TURBO READY
Have plans for a bigger turbo? Your IE intake and turbo inlet will make the process of upgrading to a hybrid turbo a simple bolt-in job. Our cast turbo inlet design utilizes CNC-machined and o ring sealed adapter rings to fit either the stock or a variety of aftermarket turbos without hassle. The turbo inlet always adapts down to the turbo to not introduce any restrictions and maintain the largest size possible when upgrading turbos.
Hybrid turbo adapter rings are sold separately from the turbo inlet upgrade.

3D scanning tools are used to create a digital duplicate of the vehicle's engine bay, grille, bumper, and hood. This provides an incredibly high-resolution environment to reverse engineer and prototype the intake design. This not only allow engineers to take advantage of all available room but also results in a perfect and extremely high-end install.
POWER RESULTS
Every inch of IE's intake system evolved from countless design revisions, rapid prototyping, flow bench testing, dyno runs, and real-world verification to maximize airflow and performance. The result is an intake system with power gains of up to 19WHP and 21ft-lbs of torque, with even higher gains possible on hybrid turbo setups!
FLOW BENCH TESTING
The proof is in the testing. Back-to-back flow bench results show constant and consistent gains of up to 61.43% CFM over stock! This increase in CFM proves the upgraded intake system's efficiency over the factory parts and capability to provide any required airflow demands from ECU tunes and hybrid turbocharger upgrades.
