Description
Changing the exhaust is a very good upgrade in a tuning program. It's one of the most important aftermarket parts, and if you're looking for a performance increase, with a power and torque gain, exhaust mods are always recommended.
This system is composed by:
- Turbo downpipe, with high flow catalytic converter
- Connecting pipe with flex joint
- Center Section that removes secondary catalytic converter and resonator
- Rear Muffler Delete Pipe
- Exit pipe for OEM tailpipes
The downpipe is the component responsible for the power and torque gains. The secondary O2 sensor issue must be addressed, ask for details.
The catalytic converter, as in the Supersprint tradition, is replaced by a large (ø147mm) HJS metallic unit with 100 cells per square inch. It's much more efficient and free-flowing but at the same time offers an optimal reduction of pollutant gas. The different position, under the frame of the car instead of inside the engine bay, also contribute to increase performance and reduce temperatures. Recommended for tuned cars.
Not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle as per the California Air Resources Board.
