Inconel Exhaust Valves:
Inconel exhaust valves offer far superior reliability to OEM style stainless sodium filled exhaust valves which often crumble into the cylinder. Inconel alloy material is a large upgrade over traditional stainless steel valves due to its extremely high heat resistance. Highly recommended for use as exhaust valves in engines that reach very high temperatures such as turbocharged and supercharged applications
Single groove keeper setups are available for high rpm usage. This setup grips the actual shaft of the valve, rather then relying on the traditional three groove material to restrain the valve.
Supertech Valves are available in either stock replacement standard size, or +1mm oversized valve head diameter. Oversized valves have a larger skirt area, providing increased flow at a lower lift.
VALVES SOLD INDIVIDUALLY
Supertech 1.8T 20V (058 & 06A) and 2.7T 30V engine valves are sold individually, add the correct amount of intake and/or exhaust valves in the options you desire before adding to cart.
REQUIRED AMOUNT OF VALVES BY ENGINE:
- ALL 1.8T 20V (06A & 058) 12 intake / 8 exhaust*
- All 2.7T 30V 18 intake / 12 exhaust*
*Oversized valves require extra machine work to the cylinder head.*
REQUIRED AMOUNT OF KEEPERS BY ENGINE:
- 1.8T 20V: 24 keepers required for intake and/or 16 exhaust (40 required for a full engine, intake & exhaust)*
- 2.7T 30V: 36 keepers required for intake and/or 24 exhaust (60 required for a full engine, intake & exhaust)*
**Requires single groove keepers, Supertech single groove keepers are sold individually, and 2 keepers required per valve - ES2598482 / KPR-6S/7.**
REQUIRED AMOUNT OF VALVE SEALS BY ENGINE:
- ALL 1.8T 20V: 12 intake seals & 8 exhaust seals*
- All 2.7T 30V: 18 intake seals & 12 exhaust seals*
