Proven cross-drilled and slotted designs optimize thermal efficiency, heat dissipation, strength, and improved wet braking. Precision CNC programmed milled slots maintain a clean pad surface, expel away debris and provide a balanced rotor. Hawk's proprietary DTC curved slot design is unique to the aftermarket automotive industry. Magni™ coating barrier is applied to maintain superior corrosion resistance, ensure a quick and easy bed-in, and resist galling. These are then salt-spray tested per ISO-9227 for over 240 hours, which can translate to 2 to 3 years or corrosion protection in the field. Design and performance characteristics have been validated through extensive dynamometer testing and all rotors are produced entirely in ISO certified facilities.
