Description
Valve stem seals have been an issue for years, splitting, cracking, and wearing down over time. This is due to the type of material used by OEM's to produce these seals. When exposed to numerous heat cycles and chemicals from years of engine operation, the seals become weak and brittle, leading to complications and failing to adequately seal, allowing oil to drain down to the combustion chamber.
Supertech has developed their own seals to combat this issue, using either Viton or Polyacrylic (depending on valve type) to construct seals that will outlast and outperform the stock seals, eliminating the need to routinely replace your valve stem seals. This also benefits anyone who is in the process of rebuilding or upgrading their camshafts, valve springs (single or double), or valves!
