The wiper switch allows the driver to turn the windshield wipers on and off, as well as adjusting the speed of movement. If your windshield wipers only function at one speed, not matter the setting they are currently in, or do not turn on at all, chances are the wiper switch is faulty. This stalk is located on the steering column, directly behind the steering wheel.
