If one of your xenon headlights is out, and the bulb has been replaced, the problem may be with the igniter. The ballast limits the current traveling to the xenon bulb so the bulb won't be destroyed by drawing too much current. This igniter does not include the gas discharge bulb and is located on the bottom of either headlight housing.
