Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time – “In-Stock” orders typically ship within one business day of receipt.
  • Complete Orders Only – Orders ship only when all items are in stock. Partial shipments upon request; extra charges may apply.
  • Order Deadlines – Orders placed after 12 PM PST ship the next business day.
  • Business Days – Shipping Monday–Friday only. No weekend shipments.
  • Delivery Estimates – Based on supplier estimates; not guaranteed.
  • Shipping Charges – Non-refundable.

Expedited Shipping

  • Options: 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next-Day Air.
  • Transit times exclude weekends. Example: 2-Day Air shipped Friday arrives Tuesday.

Direct Ship Items

  • Some items ship directly from the supplier to reduce costs.
  • Stock is confirmed after the order is placed.
  • We will notify you if the item cannot ship immediately.

Receiving & Inspecting Your Order

  • Inspect all items upon arrival before installation.
  • Rarely, boxes may be mislabeled or contain incorrect parts.
  • Verify accuracy before starting work.

Insurance for Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Standard shipping does not include insurance.
  • Add coverage by selecting Insurance at checkout or contacting us before ordering.
  • Euromotiv is not responsible for lost, late, or damaged shipments without insurance.
  • A carrier claim must be approved before any refund or replacement is issued.
  • If a claim is denied, a new order must be placed.

Made to Order Produced after purchase; extended lead times possible.
No Longer Available (NLA) Discontinued and no longer for sale.
Out of Stock / Backordered Currently unavailable; no restock date available.
Pre-Order Not yet released; ships when available.
Ships on [Date] Estimated ship date provided; not guaranteed.
