Perfect companion to our shift repair kits. This tool holds your shifter in proper location for adjustment of the shift linkage. After loosening the shift rod clamp simply place this tool on the drivers side at the base of the gearshift lever. Without disturbing the alignment, torque the shift rod clamp bolt to 26 Nm (19 ft. lb.) and after removing the alignment tool check that all the gears engage smoothly and easily. Clear zinc plated finish and made in USA.
