Introducing the TGK Motorsport HPFP internal Seal Rebuild kit with Cam Roller (Tappet) for the 3.0T (EA837) motor. 

 Overtime and with larger piston kits, the internal seal starts losing its tolerances from wearing out. Doing so will decrease pump pressure operation but ALSO allow fuel to flow past the seal and into the motor.

 Our kit will also come with the cam roller tappet which can see scouring and issues from the fuel washing the oil off it during operation.

 Typically you just replace the entire pump, but this is an effective solution when everything else on the pump is operating fine, weather it be the shell, upgrade pistons etc.

 Seal Symptoms include: 

  • Fuel Smell Inside The Motor
  • Cold Starting Issues
  • Warm Starting Issues
