EUROMOTIV only accepts returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. Returned items must be new, unused, and in resellable condition with all pieces included. All returns are subject to approval by EUROMOTIV. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All return shipments must be insured, and the customer must file any loss/damage claims. When approved for inspection, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued, which must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and packaging. Returns sent to any other facility other than the warehouse listed on the RMA will result in delayed credit processing times. EUROMOTIV will refuse any incoming shipments without an RMA number. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns.

It is also the customer's responsibility to repack the item(s) that are being returned and make sure that it is properly and securely packed with sufficient packaging material to prevent the item from being damaged in transit. We cannot give credit or refund on a returned package that got damaged due to insufficient packing. All hardware & accessories included in the original package needs to be returned or the customer will be charged. All returned items needs to be insured (in case of lost or damaged) and we recommend the customer to get a tracking number to track the shipment.
