Since 1989, Billy Boat has been designing, testing and producing quality exhaust systems for your vehicle. These systems improve air flow, giving you more power, while at the same time giving you an incredibly racy sound.

Billy Boat's A6 2.7T Cat and Downpipe Exhaust replaces the exhaust from the turbochargers to behind the lower factory catalytic converters. The system removes the factory pre-cats right off of the turbocharger and includes six separate components.

Included are the two pipes off of each turbocharger, a set of pipes with catalytic converters and downpipes. With TIG welding fully stainless construction and CNC'd hangers, you can be sure that there is not a higher quality system on the market. These downpipes allow for longer torque curves from K03's or K04 turbochargers along with higher peak horsepower.

Additional gains of 20-30hp can be achieved simply by added these downpipes to your already chipped A6. These downpipes will also improve throttle response along with giving your S4 a better sounding sportier exhaust tone. This is the newest and best 2nd generation kit.
